Biblical Counseling Director
The West Metro Baptist Association (WMBA) is searching for a full-time Director for a new Biblical Counseling Center that we are creating. The Director will have the responsiblity of building the center from the ground up, and then directing the work of the center moving forward. In the future, the Biblical Counseling Director will provide training to member churches in Biblical Counseling, recruit and train new counselors for the center, and represent the association to its member churches.

The ideal candidate will be ACBC certified and will hold a Master's degree in Biblical Counseling. Salary is negotiable and will reflect experience and credentials. The Director of Biblical Counseling will report directly to the Association Mission Strategist (AMS).
Technology Director
The West Metro Baptist Association (WMBA) is searching for a part-time/contract employee to serve as the Technology Director for a new studio space to serve the association churches. This is a new position that will have the opportunity to create the studio from the ground up. The association would like to utilize space in the office for churches to be able to come and record vidoes or audio/podcasts to further the reach of the church. The Technology Director would run the studio as well as provide technical support to churches as needed.

The ideal candidate would have education and/or experience and proficiency in A/V technology, and an understanding of how churches and ministries can utilitze technology to further the mission of the church. As a part-time position, the hours for this role are very flexible.
