The Executive Committee is comprised of the pastor and one additional member elected from each member church. There are four executive committee meetings per year.	The Church Revitalization team works with churches to assess their need for strengthening, and prepares the process for churches to grow in health and vitality.	The church planting team helps recruit church planters, partners churches with planters, and helps oversee the new work ministries of the association.
The finance team prepares the annual budget for the association and oversees the expenditures of the budget.	The administration team oversees the business of the association between meetings of the executive committee.
